Leves locked after transfer.

I bought this game right at the launch and played for few weeks. Few days ago I decided to play again and bought gametime and transfer to same realm as my friend. Somehow in the progress my guest got messed up. Some guests that Im 100% done before, appeared available again. But the problem is the leve guests are locked. I have searched all low lvl guests from my starting city. When I go speak to the leve NPC, he/she tells me to do more "near city walls", like he did before unlocking them. I did leves on my orginal server, so they are 100% surely unlocked.

So here I am, paying my monthly fee and missing a whole feature of the game.
Tried to contact GM but apparently you dont have those, or have I understood something wrong?

you're not missing anything.. probably just a bug, do the quest and unlock it all over again. no biggy. nothing to cry about

Like I said, I have done the guests at launch, they are NOT available, I cannot do anything (There are no guests to unlock leves). I wouldnt be here whining if I could solved this somehow by my self.

You might be on the wrong class or lower level then you need to be!

Maybe some screenshots of your Journal (J) on keyboard even if on ps3 can use usb keyboard makes typing easier and lost of shortcuts, and Print Screen on ps3!
So try to get a screenshot of journal and npc where trying to get quest from?
