i lost my item after getting 5x 9000o error code disconnected

Details:

After the emergency maintenance that happened for 6 hours I attempted my smn job quest as soon as i logged in, which then in the loading screen i get disconected and i got 90000 error code and somehow something new 900002 error code. I kept trying this around 4 times until when i logged back in character selection i see a monk (which i believe was not right since i discconected) as monk. but then when i changed back to smn it tells me i dont have my omnitome and it asked me if i want to use the previous weapon.

I went on with it and noticed that i lost my levle 90 extreme primal weapon and my darklight cowl. I thought it was just a roll back since i lost the job quest (but i'm still at that very spot i dc-ed from). so i went back to retainer to check my darklight cowl its not there , armory chest , my other retainer , and even the chest in my inn room since i got paranoid. Found it no where. i'm a little concerned and definetly need help for this problem to be fixed ASAP.(i will also provide a picture as an example and prove which i took before this post) this proved it that i did have that omnitome in possesion at one point of time. thanks

item lost : Omnitome (item level 90 SMN book) , and Darklight cowl (level 70 chest and head gear)
