Constantly kicked for watching cutscenes

Who's genius idea was it to put 5-minutes cutscenes before/after bosses?

I paid $30 and intend to get what I paid for, but if I sit there and watch the cutscenes for the first time I get kicked from the party. So why even have them to begin with?

As a DPS class it's especially annoying because it takes about an hour just to get back in.

this won't do anything, its almost unprovable of wrongdoing unless they "video archived" everything that happens in this game, which is impossible.

Watch them later in your inn room. People generally don't want to cater to your "first time immersive experience."

Some are not watchable in the inn.

All of them are watchable in the inn- the problem is its hard to figure out how to watch them.
When I log back in- ill put up a tutorial- but I'm on my iPhone ATM
