Level 20 Lancer job quest bugged

I have, without any result barr a a sentence or two as an answer saying we apologise for any inconveinience and thats it contacted square enix in regards to the level 20 lancer class quest that is bugged, i have gotten up to the clicking the boar tusks on the floor bit, i cant target them at all, i have tried lowering my settings, raising them, my bf has tried it on his pc, i have abandoned the quest and redone it 6 times to no avail, i have tried targeting through people and still nothing, square enix have been most unhelpful in this and im not the only player with this issue, if anyone has any information on fixing this or getting it to work, i would be most grateful, thank you

I just got this to work, i spammed 0 on my number pad, this should not be like this, and needs fixing
