Chat window moves position on exit and log back in

Occurs almost every time I log out and back into the game. Latest was today, 02/26 at 1:35 EST. This issue has only started since release of patch 2.16. This was also noted by another player in my original thread.

Frequency:
80% of the time I exit and log back in.

Steps:
Exit the game using the Exit Game command on the System menu. Log back in to the game. I use a single chat window and keep it on the General tab. Position of my chat window is bottom right hand of the screen. When I log in, the chat window can be anywhere (except where I left it). The usual position now when I log in is in the top left of the screen. I reposition the window. back where I left it.

I also play full screen, windowed mode. Just now noticed that when I click out of full screen on the window bar at the top of the screen (square icon next to the X), the chat box stays in the bottom right corner of the game window. Because the game window is now smaller, this means that the chat box is physically in a different position on my screen. When I then re-maximize the game window, the chat boxstays in the same physical screen location, which means it is now further left and up from where it was before in the game window.
