Hi i am speak behalf of my friend. we were playing this game together, i was waiting for world transfer started from my account (i was earlier entrance before,then i bought 3 month key), so we can play in the same city. however, my friend's account has been frozen by SE without any good reason!!!! when my friend asked the reason and SE said to give some details and information, then they will give him back the account. He did give everything, and then there no reply after?! i was so angry and disappointed by SE customer service, i don't know where to complain. i thought the forum is good place to ask why. i hope the managers or anyone could passed on this issues. it is been very long to waiting (2 or 3 months) so i think the SE service has enough time to reply my friends and give him account back! He did bought correct key, so if SE make mistakes, it is fine to understand, but, you need to resolve mistakes! not leave it.
now my 3 month key will end soon, i still cannot play with my friends...i hope you understand my feeling..
