I would drop everything and play Blue Mage. It addition to awesome looking gear and lore, it would give me a reason to venture out and enjoy the world instead of sitting in town and waiting for various instanced servers.

Also, imagine to have to go back into old trials like having to learn "tank purge" from ultima would be fun.
