ex weapons

Not really a new player but I debated where to put this and figured this would be an ok spot!!

Question: I have recently picked up the quests from urianger to kill the ex mode primals. As it stands I have cleared both garuda and titan but have yet to clear ifrit ex. Upon completing ifrit ex and turning in the completed quest to urianger will this allow me to get my ex weapon? Or do I have to clear urianger's quest line and then start them over again to get the key items required to get an ex weapon?

After you finish Urianger's quest you get a weapon from talking to the lady in Rev Toll, who then starts the new repeatable quests for more weapons. So yes the first time you clear all 3 you get a weapon.

Should note that the repeatable quest doesn't need you to do the primals in any particular order, you're merely limited to handing in the completed quest (killing each EM primal at least once) once per week.
