Have fun with your 90ks then, because I have never seen one in an instance, the only time I see one is if there is an issue on my end, or just today in the post-maintenance rush.
Explain that one for me please.

You can enter the game. Seems they fixed it.

I'm not going to bother any more. Please read. Lots of helpful posts in these besides what I linked.

lol really? Are you sure you want your name next to that post?
Seems your logic goes something like this then:
It works for me. So it's clearly not an issue on SE's end.
This is about what you're getting at is it? I mean, it's not what you said word for word, but clearly what you're implying.

You obviously aren't having much trouble replacing those members since 512 is the maximum membership for a FC and yours currently has 506 per the lodestone. You misunderstand. These are not people leaving the Free company except by removal for inactivity. And that number is real.
20-30 players removed for 30 days of inactivity every single week.
There is nothing wrong, and a LOT good about our free company. This number is due to players resigning from the GAME leaving their characters enrolled on the FC.
I agree with the OP. There is a difference in emergency and prompt. if there is some hotfixes they want to deploy, then they should apply the fixes by region within the non-peak hours. using emergency label so they can do it during their work day instead of when least impact to customer base is poor management.
in all cases there should be a minimum window of the longest event so not to disrupt / alienate their customers.
the bottom line is that if they tested their code before releasing it better, we wouldn't have all of this. Oh, and before someone replies with 'you cant test everything': yes you can. They control the servers, the zones, the abilities jobs have and the boss. There are unit tests which can fight the boss 1000's of times in a day using every ability available.
This Monday night there was a lag spike which clearly indicated that the servers lagged and not the players or the internet. Titan literally paused for 20 seconds then resumed (not rubber banded).
