My fault, I thought they created a few new Worlds in order to alleviate congestions so I checked creation date of aforementioned World's dedicated forums, giving as result December instead of September.
Hmm... However, I don't understand this:

Each of those forums also has a "Welcome to..." sticky, dated when the forum was created. For the later servers, that's maybe a day off from when the server itself was added.

You're reading the date the everyone-but-America way, I think, when it's written the American way. 09-12-2013 as in September 12th, not December 9th.
