The current rewards offered to tanks and healers to help do roulettes, is just way too low, if you look at it from a risk vs reward perspective. 750gil doesn't cover the cost in repairs, so you are losing money if it's a wipe-fest of a group. You aren't promised player commendations because even if you made the group happen by playing a much needed role, the majority of the time it goes to other roles. You also have to deal with epeen players that tell you how to do your job, in which upon inspection they don't even have a 50 tank/healer. The cons vastly outweigh the pro's for the current roulette setup.

The only roulette that is worth it is guildhest. They are fast, easy gil, not a high repair cost. The player commendation issue still happens but at least you don't have to spend 30min to an hour not getting a player commendation for your efforts.
