I haven't seen a roulette go over 10 minutes in weeks now, as a Damage Dealer (mainly BLM and Monk these last few weeks). Queing for a specific dungeon takes somewhat longer (5 to 30 minutes) but it's still a huge improvement from before the roulette system was implemanted. I was used to 45 minutes being a quick queue during the first months of the game...
