I'm not so sure, right now my DF: Hard has a reward bonus of 750 gil.... that's hardly something to make me want to change to healer to get the 750 gil.
Fact is right now I could log on my paladin and do 2 instances in the time it would take me to wait for 1 to form/finish on my BLM. In effect, paladin gets twice as much exp (leveling) or playtime (lvl 50).
The fact you have to wait a fraction of the time to play as Tank and Healer (sometimes healer) should be reward enough. Toss us poor saps that sit around for 30 minutes to play our dragoon a bone here.
