Lag issue during Teleport,Return port and receiving Guild support

I have had this lag issue with teleporting, return port and receiving guild support, just recently um about a few weeks. Not only do I lag myself by doing these three things, but also other players who teleport around me make me lag too. I'm not sure if the nvidia driver of my card which is the latest version or a recent patch thats causing this. If I restart the game it does fix this problem, but still its annoying. Just wondering if anyone else is having this same problem.

I will assume 'lag' means your FPS tanks, because lag relates to latency if you were born before WoW came out.

Cast a spell, does your FPS drop massively during the particle effects? If so, see my posts here: http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?s...&#entry1161246

I got a 9800gt card, never had trouble with my card. If it is a card issue then I probably just need to upgrade the card.

I have this issue as well on my laptop. It has to be a setting somewhere. When I or anyone else around me ports, it happens. Not when I cast spells. Also happens when I am in a cutscene. FPS dropd from 20-30 to 1-3. I have a geforce 240m, and it didn't happen before i reinstalled after reformatting.
