Fisher achievement not counting

My fisher achievement "Good things come to those who bait: La Noscea V" is greyed out but counting 1000/1000.
I've been fishing on 41-50 waters to see if it updates/fixes itself but nothing happened.
This is what it looks like:



Restarting client does nothing, and I'm guessing today's hotfixes didn't have to do with this.

I can't recall how those fisher achievements counted... Was it really fishing in the waters, or actually getting fish in the specified level range?
The fish you got in those 41-50 waters, what level of fish were they?

Tried different 41-50 fishing spots?

Fishing counts are off the fish level. This looks to be a different issue though, as when they lower the requirements for an achievement below what you already have the progress bar still goes green. On a side note if that was the case you would just need to get 1 more count towards it to get credit.

Chibi I was wondering when you finish one of the La Noscea fishing achievements is it highlighted when you check A Fisher's life for me: la noscea and it has all 5 for that area listed or do they just all stay gray'd out until you complete it. For some reason I thought it highlighted the ones you had done in that list. I finished my La Noscea V today and it counted and is under the completed list so idk why that happened to you.

When I click on the "A Fisher's life for me" it has the first 4 marked as completed but the last one (V) greyed out. I did fish more in lvl41-50 spots in La Noscea but the achievement is still greyed out. I only noticed cause recently I got the Thanalan Fisher's Life one, so I checked how far I was on the others to get the luminary rod. Shroud section seems fine, it's just last La Noscea where I don't know what my count is. Also, 1000/1000 should be completed, I'm guessing it's what Lollie was trying to say, but yeah, no update.
