PS4 Beta Gameplay question

Playing currently and when an active help window comes up. I select it by fingering the touchpad and then pressing down on the touchpad over the green question mark, however nothing happens. How do I activate the active help and get it off of my screen?

if you press in the touchpad it will cycle thru the options and actually go to that part, I also think you can navigate it with the touch pad then press it in... I never really played around with it though so I am not positive on the second part...

Thanks. I just figured it out, I have to use both thumbs to push in the touchpad. When i only use one it doesn't work for some reason.

Perhaps not enough pressure? I always press mine in the bottom center

once you move cursor on item you want to select you double tap the pad (not press)

if you press you will cycle between UI elements (like select if you have game on PS3)

There is an advanced option in configuration which allows left / right part of the touchpad to be used to scroll lef / right through the HUD items - you can switch that off (it's on by default) and the whole touch pad will work simply as Select button in PS3 (I actually prefer it this way). Otherwise as suggested above try to either click in the middle of the pad or more towards right part of it.
