    Please stop hiding hotbars during dialogue

    This annoys me. I have my UI set up in a certain way so my hotbars and menus all look nice on the screen. Whenever I am talking to an NPC for a quest or something, my hotbars disappear leaving an ugly, broken, half-UI setting that looks bad. I know I know it isn't a big deal but it seems kinda buggy when playing the game, and I hope someday they fix it.
