<Vis Maior> is recruiting for Turn 5 progression and onward

Who are we?

Vis Maior is a free company on Excalibur server, oriented towards end game progression and general comradery. We're a friendly bunch who enjoy crude jokes and killing dragons. Some of us come from backgrounds of hardcore raiding, and others from very casual yet skilled groups.

Our main goals right now are to down Twintania before patch 2.2 comes out, then on to topple whatever content Squeenix throws at us. We aren't aiming to be world first, but progression is our primary focus. Wiping on the same boss and getting nowhere for weeks on end isn't fun for anyone involved. And with all of this said, we do realize that you are a human being and have a real life.

We're mostly active during the weekdays at night and all throughout the weekend.

At present, raid times are looking like Thursday at 8-10PM EST, and Friday at 9 until we're tired. Raid times are not set in stone, and I will try to accommodate people's schedules as best as possible. With enough recruits, a second group is likely and can have different times if desired.

Who are we after?

Basic Qualifications:
- Lv. 50 in at least one Job
- Bare minimum ~i80 gear
- Be able to learn relatively quickly, take direction, and take constructive criticism. Many of us like to talk Theorycraft.
- Good knowledge of your own job's, as well as XIV's overall game mechanics

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Lv. 50, geared, and experienced in multiple Jobs/Roles. Flexibility is always welcomed.
+ Active beyond raid times. Weekend warriors are still welcome, but we're more interested in friendly faces throughout the day.
+ Sense of humor! We are mature players and enjoy having a mature environment, but tactful dirty humor is commonplace.
+ Coil 1-4 experience
++ Coil Turn 5 experience
