I can understand someone saying this doesn't bother them- but I am not sure what is wrong with the person who attacks or critiques someone for being dissatisfied with problems connecting to a paid service. It's like making fun of someone for being mad their cable isn't working... or internet... or online banking, even....how low are your standards that it isn't enough not to be bothered, but to actively chastise others for voicing unhappiness with a clearly unintentional malfunction?
