THe PS4 players are isolated on their own bank of servers on which physically exists in the JP DATA CENTER...

The fact this is isolated to Primal Data Center means something likely got corrupted as part of either 2.16 or the hotfix that didn't rear it's head until the weekly reset was triggered. People need to chill out. The way some people go on you'd think the game was down more often than it's up... 90k is a generic disconnect error that can be caused by a MILLION different problems at any point in the server's physical infrastructure, drivers, firmware OR software. I know from experience how much of a pain in the ass it can be to find the root cause of any given server error. Just because you think you found the error doesn't mean you were right. You may have temporarily fixed the issue with a reboot and THOUGHT your fix worked (been there). This is especially true when you're under the gun to get the service working again. Most people can't troubleshoot their PC nevermind a complex server system with miles of cat5 cable and a dozen + switches/routers.

The heaviest times of someone's play can be the exact times these issues occur, thus giving the perspective the game is down more often than it is up. Go on though, discount everyone's frustration. I seriously believe that players on the Primal data center who have been heavily affected should receive some form of compensation for the outages.. we pay for a service, and expect the uptime to be more common than the downtime especially during the highest population loads.
