    Error 2002 with Verizon fios

    ISP: Verizon Fios
    Internet speed: Download speed is 20.76 Mbps and Upload speed is 26.52 Mbps
    Type of connection: Optic fiber
    Date and Time: February 24th 2014 at 8:00am CST
    Frequency: Always

    Steps I have taken: Basically ever since 2/24/2014 I get error code 2002 which means it is having connectivity issues with the game lobby. I have already contacted both support of Square Enix and Verizon Fios in which all solutions that were suggested have not worked. The solutions I tried were turning off my firewall and anitvirus, opening and closing my ports, and even port forwarding Final Fantasy 14's UDP and TCP manually into my router and into the port. All solutions have not worked at all. I was finally told by Square Enix support that because of my area Dallas, Texas, or even in the region with Verizon Fios have been having this problem. I really do hope this gets fixed as soon as possible as I do enjoy playing the game.

    Im in the Dallas area to using PS3 version. I can get to the character select screen just fine, but when I try to load into the game I get a 90k error every time.
