PS4 Beta Opening Movie Freeze

So I have downloaded the beta and everything has gone smoothly, until I try and play. I can log in, it updates fine, but when I hit start on the title screen and it goes into the opening movie it always freezes in the exact same spot. The freeze always happens when the narrator starts talking about Bahamut raining down destruction. I have done a brief search of the forums and Google to see if anyone else has this problem and have come up with nothing. I was wondering if anyone might have had the same problem and fixed it or if anyone could offer any suggestions?

I too am experiencing this, I was getting the error for firs time set up but that seems to have gone away when I removed the game and reinstalled. But now the opening cinematic is freezing and I cannot skip it. It seems to always happen when the narrator says "The annals or Eorzean history..." and then just stops. I have to go back to the dashboard and close the application.

I freeze at the same exact spot. I had a previous problem where i couldnt get past the client update and got error 20019 and got past that by redownloading the beta but now I'm getting this

In case any of you are still having the issue, deleting the beta and reinstalling it seemed to fix it for me.

There is no way I would do that, I have already deleted and re-downloaded this "game" countless times just to get past the system error 20019. Now that it finally was able to get past the setup and actually launch, it is freezing. I am done with silliness. Canceling pre-order. What a shame of a company.
