    Redownloading PS4 FFXIV Beta

    Hello All,

    On February 22nd, I downloaded the PS4 FF14 Beta. A few days later, I upgraded the systems HDD from the stock 500GB, to a 2TB HDD. When I went back to the PlayStation Store, It tells me I can not download it and I get this error:

    "You are not able to purchase this product for the following reason(s): You already own: - Open Beta 1 Entitlement. "

    I am using the same PSN account as I did to download it originally. I contacted support, but this was the first time they have heard of this issue, and I was informed to post it here to see if anyone else had similar issues/solutions. I still have my old HDD with data in tact. So I could just pop in that HDD to play the beta in theory, however, I'd rather not switch HDD every time I wished to play.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Under the library tab in the PlayStation store, the beta should be downloadable from there. I'm not sure why this happens sometimes, but that was my solution when this problem occurred.

    Did you try deleting the beta off your old hdd? I can see that being a solution since you would have a copy there
