    If you're not Top DPS, you're not being useful, as Dragoons have 0 Raid/Party utility :3

    NOT TRUE! We get 10 yalm, 5% heal buff with 12.5% uptime!!!! Thats more than 0 ultility@!! xD

    ... we also get backup stuns on Dreadknights should a tank drop ._.
