Only in Camp Drybone, ironically. Every time I go there, a storm suddenly picks up.

I wonder if the constant stormy weather in Camp Drybone is a sign of Ramuh?
Well the live letter answered that question : )

Every time I go to Costa del Sol it's raining. The few times it's not, it's night time.
I just want to go spend a nice sunny day on the beach ):

So this NPC will tell us when the Odin weather will come?
I'm probably crazy, but I swear crafting in the rain lowers your chance of hitting anything under 100%. When ever it rains and I'm crafting in Ul'Dah, I leave the market area and go hang out by the Weaver's guild cause it has a roof!
Getting a crack at Odin would be an even more hopeless endeavor (since at least on Hyperion, both he and Behemoth die way too quickly for anyone to get credit, sometimes even if you were there from the very beginning).

Awesome! That'd be really nice! Thanks!
I could passionately kiss you right now!
