Character level to post in other forums

There are "Post New Thread" buttons at the top left & bottom left of every forum, and "Reply to Thread" buttons at the top left & bottom left of every thread.

I'll have to test this tomorrow as I'm well above the 3 post for my current level

Oh, and it really does look at everything you've posted within the last 24 hours, not just the current day with a once-a-day complete reset. So for instance, if you can post three times per day and on one day you submit posts at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm, then you'll have to wait until after 11am the following day for one more posting opportunity, until after 1pm for a second opportunity, and after 3pm for a third opportunity, as that's when each of the previous day's posts pass that 24 hour mark.

Tested this today. I was able to make my 3 posts in other forums no problem, 4th one proved to be a brick wall :x
