Steps:
1. Complete phases 1 and 2 of the quest
2. Place all of the collected bones onto the marked spot
3. Right click on pile of bones and nothing happens. I am not able to interact with the spot whatsoever. I've even logged in and out twice.

I saw there was already a resolved bug thread for this same quest, here, but the problem is still happening to me.
