Me and my team just did t2, killed ADS and it didn't end until 2 mins later. Got a little scared. Opened the chest and rolled pretty high on some loot, now nobody gets it. I sure wish I could get a chance to do it again, but yeah right. I sure wish they did compensations for something like this happening.

Also getting a 10105 error. 19k people in queue.

On a serious note, entering a ticket may help, but likely will not as they're likely isn't a record of the loot be lotted and completed prior to your crash. Sorry about your luck

Unfortunately, filing a ticket wont help, your T2 loot is gone for the week. This happened to my coil static a few weeks ago and the only response I got from SE was a survey asking how their customer service was.... Which I will admit I did find kind of funny.

Yes, support has a lot to be desired. I know a friend that got banned from these forums for making just a very tame post. They weren't really sure why they got banned for it. I read it before it was taken down, I really don't know either.

But long story short, they asked support why they were banned. Support promptly sent them a link to the FFXI game rules and said those rules were broken by them. However, it wasn't said what rule was broken at all.

Um, no I didn't mistype that either, they send them a link to the WRONG GAME's rules!
