Limit break changes suggestions

No by my logic unless you're playing a completely different game to me you'll have noticed the same trends in LB use I have... If you deny there is an imbalance in the times LB are used you're just being stubborn, there's no way to claim that the tank LB or healer LB get used anywhere near as much as the damage LBs I'm simply trying to suggest ways to change that, not argue whether it's true or not.
