Gametime cards?

Okay so this says they are available in North America, but i check SE's online store, Gamestop, Amazon, Walmart, pretty much all those places they had linked at the bottom of the web page. And not one had gametime cards. so my question WTF why is north america being screwed out of gametime cards?

i ordered 2 from amazon.com. It initially said they were out of stock and I wouldn't receive my order for 4-6 weeks. But 3 days later, there they were. And now I ride a behemoth into battle.

oooh so the links SE gives you on the page just dont show it :/ if i buy one of these do i get the code right then in there like with buying PSN cards or do i have to wait for it to be shipped?

You have to wait for them to be shipped. And if your anything like me, you will be appalled at the insane amount of packaging dedicated to a simple plastic card that will be immediately discarded once used.
