Elpis would make a great instanced housing location, because the ancients can basically do anything. Pocket dimensions are abundant.

I just don't think the island sanctuaries are going to be instanced housing, and people really need to temper their expectations before they get let down.

There's that one spot in the map that you never visit in the course of MSQ playthrough. It's a small floating island with 1 tiny house complete with their own yard. I'd kill to have that island for myself lol.
