    Each platform need to be registered seperat on your account. There is no "all platforms with only 1 registration code" option.
    And people who upgrade their PS3 registration to PS4 for free get their PS3 registration overwrited with a PS4 registration (can't access the game with a PS3 anymore until they buy the PS3 version again).
