[Suggestion] Add Right Mouse Button Character Facing Option to Legacy Camera

Right now, holding down either the left or right mouse button while moving the mouse will simply change the camera angle when using the legacy camera option. Spell casters have to make sure they are facing their intended target in order to get a spell off, and I have no way of turning my character with legacy camera.

My suggestion is to add an option for the legacy camera that, when selected, allows the user to change which direction his character is facing to match the changing angle of the camera while holding down the right mouse button and moving the mouse, similar to the default camera mode's right mouse button.

There's an option in settings to have your character automatically face your target when casting spells. It can be found in Character Configuration > Control Settings > Target > Automatically face target when using action.

There's also a keybind for it as well if you prefer to do it manually, although mine is empty since I use the automatic face target option. I don't recall if that's the default keybind or not. This is located at System > Keybinds > Targeting > Face Target.

That doesn't help if you have to face a constantly strafing target. I need the ability to keep my character facing a circle strafing target at all times. Turning my character around once does not solve that issue. So the issue still remains.

That is not what your original post said.

Also, the first solution will still solve your issue since it automatically does it for you. No need to worry about the direction you are facing. Just move your character and cast.

If you want to do a true strafe then you can use target lock, although this does restrict your movement capability a bit.

Sure, but the option should still be there for people who have grown accustomed to utilizing the mouse to turn. I don't want to keep using key macros to do something that I normally do with a mouse in other games.

I'm not sure you understand... it's not a key macro. It happens automatically with the setting.
