Make Achievement points usefull

Achievement points aren't meant to be useful, they're just there so people can say how many they have, rather than having to list all their achievements to compare. Other than that they're just there to gauge how difficult, or the worth of an achievement, although that kind of falls flat on its face when beating Coil once nets you 5 points, and beating Crystal Tower nets you 10...
