    Launcher won't load - System Error 2146697211

    When I open FFXIV the gray pop-up that says "Checking the FINAL FANTASY XIV... etc" pop up comes up as usual then the launcher appears but its blank, totally black, and a minute or two will pass and then I get a pop-up that says that it wont load and system error 2146697211, This happened about 3 times then on a 4th attempt I got the bigger Script Error pop-up that shows the diagnostics then asks if you want to continue running scripts. Clicking yes a few times seems to have done nothing but bring the message right back. Is this just me or is everyone having problems with this?
