So, sometimes dungeoning can feel a little drawn out, sometimes when I log on I'm in the mood for short sharp bursts instead of protracted battles.

Perhaps you could develop a series of expert level Guildhests. Encounters that last only 5 minutes or so, but require expert level timing and teamwork.

Perhaps you could even create a mode that strings them together, with increasing difficulty and reward as you progress (kind of like a horde mode).

Players could receive ratings on completion, you could even add a leader board to show the groups who've managed to make it the furthest.

You could do so much with this idea, have themes, tiny sections of dungeons, bosses from certain dungeons, or entirely new encounters such as an endless wave (until the timer runs out) of small enemies that will overwhelm you if you don't manage the fight efficiently.

You could make pre-made and roulette versions.
Even make daily challenges that require specific groups.
Or have a slider that increases difficulty/reward.

Something like this would add a lo of playable content, challenge players who are burnt out on the few challenging dungeons, and you could recycle content while making it feel fresh.
