PS4 Latency getting hit when out of hit box

When facing enemies and you move out of there attacks you still get hit even when you are a mile away . Example Old Six Arms when he cone attacks and you get the display on the ground and run out of the cone or even run behind him you still get hit .

I believe the PS4 uses all JP servers. It will be fixed with Release.
