Anyone confirms this? I have never seen add landslide happening too fast. They always come around time the second bomb blows up and right after. I've been doing this for weeks with different groups and have not seen it happen at a different time.
Edit: Looking at Shinra's 3:52 Titan kill, I'm pretty sure it's time based since the adds didn't even have time to use Landslide before they die.

rubber band effect = Overpower miss! get it?

This is the trick behind CT giant pulling as well. If you steel cyclone at the spawn point, they will not spend that couple of seconds wacking randomly line of sight targets. (Also useful for Turn4 to prevent rubber band phase 5)

It is not an issue if there is no caster LB scheduled for adds. but if there is, the blms usually pre casts very early, because they need the maximum time allowed to do an aoe burn rotation before the landslide-cross bomb pattern starts.

There's a reason for everything, don't mock the usefulness of a steel cyclone.
What are you even talking about? You make yourself sound so horrible when you type these things. SC on single target = BAD. Simple. Don't do it. *Any Warrior worth their salt knows this*. Nice little jab though. There is also no reason to use SC on giant in CT. I exclusively tank Iron Giant in CT, because so many tanks are terrible at it, and I never use SC, and he never moves from his spawn except for North one which I drag out. On KB fight, Titan EX, T4, and everything it is extremely easy to have a combo'd SS or BB ready for any wave or add spawn. If you are really that bad at targeting/camera positioning to not know how to tab target an add sitting right in front of you, then you have other issues.

So again, SC in your situations especially, just makes you sound like a bad tank/warrior. There is no reason to use it. I don't think I've been in a group without caster LB for Titan EX adds either. The adds don't move from their designated locations with both methods I described. Also, Overpower has range on it, and you can hit the second add before you even get to it if you so desire. SC's only real use is to gain TP when hovering at uncomfortable levels, as Overpower is a drain. Most the time Flash will suit this need however, and again IB is a better use of Wrath by far. Do you even Warrior?

It is time based. I do adds 95% of the time, and they always happen at the same time within a second or two. Also with an LB2 going off it drains their health, and they don't landslide right away. It happens the same time as an LB1 compared to an LB2. I always run North from the East bomb, then South to the East bomb. This points the landslides straight downward at no one and works well. They always start in the smoke of the first/second bomb, and I time my run out of them as well.
