Warriors : Which is better damage-wise?

I'm aware there were already a thread on how to maximize tank DPS, but the answers aren't clear enough for me so I decided to ask here, anyway:

    1. Assuming you're already have enmity lead and you NEED to apply SP on your target, which is better?

    SP>SE>repeat
    SP>SE>BB>repeat
    SP>BB>repeat

    2. When you're overgearing the content and you just want to deal as much damage as possible which is better?

    SE>BB>repeat
    SE>BB>BB>repeat
    SE>BB>BB>BB>repeat

    here's the basics:

    150 + 190 + 250 = 590 (SP combo)
    150 + 190 + 270 = 610 (SE combo)
    150 + 200 + 280 = 630 (BB combo)

maim should never drop off, so we can ignore that as its effect is consistent across every combo

    SP -> SE:
SE debuff (+10%) is up full time, so:
    (590 + 610) * 1.1 = 1320 potency for 6 actions
    1320/6 = 220 average potency per action

    SP>SE>BB:
SE debuff will only be active for the SP and BB combos, so:
    590 * 1.1 + 610 + 630 * 1.1 = 1952 potency for 9 actions
    1952/9 = 216.9 average potency per action

    SP>BB:
SE debuff is never active, so:
    590+630 = 1220 potency for 6 actions
    1220/6 = 203.3 average potency per action

    SP>BB>BB:
    no SE
    590+630+630 = 1850 potency for 9 actions
    1850/9 = 205.6 average potency per action

    so:
SP>SE is the winner because you have 100% up time on SE

    2.

SE>BB is going to be your highest dps combo because it's the only one with 100% up time on the SE debuff

Here's the combo I made for my burst dps moments.

    Off-Defiance:

    Bloodbath > Fracture > HS > Maim > BS* > SP > HS > Maim > Berserk* > SE > Internal Release* > HS > SS > BB > HS > SS > BS* > BB > Fracture (pacified)

    Defiance:

    Bloodbath > Fracture > HS > Maim > BS* > SP > HS > Maim > Unchained* > Berserk* > SE > Internal Release* > HS > SS > BB > HS > SS > BS* > BB > Fracture (pacified)

*= must be used in between the combo.

This gives me the 10% dmg reduction at the start and once Berserk kicks in the HP you recover from attacks should compensate for SP falling off early. It also keeps up Fracture time and if you are good on timing the lass skill you will be able to use is Fracture before you are pacified. Also note that this does not have IB as I believe IB should be used when needed unless you are OT and in Defiance then pop it in whenever you want during the Berserk phase.

Note that SE will wear off (depending on if you spam the button) just before the last BB leading into fracture. This also takes into account if you are not moving out of range at any point during this rotation otherwise you may loose one or more skills.

That's pretty much the same as my combo except for fracture, I dunno why I never think of using it before pacified, however I'm not sure if the initial fracture is worth the damage and TP cost.

I'm assuming that you missed this post I made where I explained all of the rotations pretty concisely, especially since you're basically using the same notation/organization that I used.

    Storm's Path -> Storm's Eye -> Butcher's Block -> Storm's Eye -> Repeat is the best for #1, with 100% uptime on both debuffs.
