Unable to Complete version check

I was hoping someone could help me out with is... I recently build a new PC and downloaded the game. I have already played the game for few days but since this morning I cant even get to the log in screen. when I try to load the game it gives me an error message that says "Unable to Complete version Check" followed by these numbers... [30605][20448][1009][10019]

I already tried to uninstal and reinstal the game and it is doing the same thing.

Quite a few got this error, and my niece got the same error code as you and I fixed it for her by running a malware program to remove some bugs. There are lots of threads out there talking about this, still some people aren't able to resolve this issue. I did tried other methods that others have brought up, but those didn't work in her case. So yea, see if a malware scan will get you anything. If it does it will mostly work after you eliminate the bugs...good luck

Yea, I'm getting FFXIV Boot Error "Unable to complete version check." [30605][20448][10009][10019]
I've tried reinstalling messing with computer settings, everything i can think of.

Try to use Malwarebytes and scan your computer, might be a bug or two in the system that causes it. I've tried other methods but nothing work, until I get rid of some bugs on my niece's laptop.

I did run a malware scan, not with malwarebytes, but with advanced system care. I will try malwarebytes, thanks!

Got this error too since before patch 2.1 began. I've had to wait like 30 hours download (for patch 2.1) because i keep getting error until today 6MB patch.
I'm afraid i can't leave my laptop for downloading again for incoming patch 2.2 if i dont know how to fix this issues. Please respond from team & support help.
