Exactly but for some people the mere mention of FFXI puts them into a fit of blind rage ^^ There is nothing wrong with taking good things that worked well and revamping them and making them even better for FFXIV.

but yeah, using the good ideas from past MMOs that have worked is a very good idea, it opens up variety, and that's what people want, it isn't repeating the same stuff over and over, you can do something more than one thing each time.

Like, i might want to take one job to 50 with mob grinding, then, the next one I might want to do quest grinding, it spices things up, very well.
