    FRUSTRATION TERRIBLE FF14 SERVICE

    It's not the first time that players get haunted by 1017 ,90000 and a couple of ridiculous errors.

    No support? When issues pop up, no customer support. You're on your own.
    This is no f2p game and everyone pays to run the game monthly.

    I know ff14 is a good game and that doesnt mean we do not need a dedicated support.

    We've bunch of updates rolling in twice a week or bi-weekly. Sometime these updates had issue and they had emergency maintenance coming in suddenly.
    I appreciated the extremely hardworking efficiency on spamming updates across the month. But as these updates spans across the week, players gets less playtime.

    It's not like we're seating 24/7 on the screen and could afford to wait whole day for it.
    There are players who worked in the day and expect to get entertainment when they reach home. When maintenance hogs in and worst of all causes issue, they had to wait untill tomorrow.

    Duh....... I just got hit by it. Relax. What you expect? They come and comfort you first or find the problem first? Dun whine like a spoilt brat. Kids these days.

    It has been a standard mmo gaming way of how game companies handles issue these days.
    Silence will prevails and dampen the spirits of angry customers.
    Let Fans to bash and defend the dignity of the game company against player's frustration over the game's incompetency standards.
    Continues to collect payment even issue arises and let it run on it's own course till it reaches a peak of major numbers of complaints.
    Poor and no in game support. The in game support equates to FAQ.
