    ps3 broke and bought new one

    ok so my old ps3 broke down i had to buy a new one how do i get my old account back on final fantasy with out having to replay the whole game again plz i need help . i re bought the game just in case i need to im lost please anyone

    Just sign in with your old psn account, install the client and log in.. No need to buy a new game!

    it does not let me select my old account it keeps putting start a new account and then says if i start a new one it will not let me import pre existing character

    You have to log into ur new ps3 with ur old psn account then you should be able to log in with ur ffxiv account

    The issue you are having is because you cannot have the same account on 2 PS3 Machines. YOu have to go into your set up and "deactivate" your old PS3 and then it will let you "ACtivate" it on the new machine...this is to keep people from "Stealing" games and information and purchased add ons and such. if you did have to disactivate it you could just go to a friends house and log in with your info and give them all the stuff you bought. It is not that hard I have had to do it in the past when my Version 1 "Brick" PS3 drive took a dump on me. Good Luck man!

    That is not going to work for them until they disable their old account on that old PS3...I am telling you...if you did not have to do that you could have people stealing software....not trying to start a war here but I am right on this one, I have been through it.

    You can have the same psn accounts on 2 ps3. Wife's got one on my ps3 and on her ps3. You do have to enter your oringal psn that you started the game with since their both linked

    Nope can't be logged in at the same time but u can have 2 accounts on more than one but disabling the account on the other ps3 ain't a bad idea if he's able to do so
