Battle Leves or character quests should be increased

I am not about easy game play but i should think that if you enjoy playing multiple characters you should be able to level the different classes you wish to play without having to grind out every level..in order to accomplish this, I believe that either there should be more main line class quests or that there should be more than 3 leve quest every 12 hours. grinding in FATES is exceedingly boring in my opinion and i lose interest constantly doing the same thing without a goal.

Dungeon exp is a lot better than it used to be, and I prefer DR spam to FATEs for exp these days. Still, it wouldn't be a bad thing if the exp rewards for leves were kicked up a couple notches.

Personally I feel that the side quests should unlock when you switch to a new class. That way it wouldn't be such a pain to say level a dps class. It would give dps another option besides waiting for the duty finder queue which can sometimes take an hour to go off.

I full heartily agree with you on that one...i usually play dps caster class in other mmo's but thought i might like the change to melee dps...not a big fan of the monk because i cannot seem to figure it out so went back to what i know to become a Dark Mage...it will take me months just to get this toon to 50, that is if i dont lose interest and cancel my account to go play Elder Scrolls Online when it comes out or Everquest Next.

i agree that the Dungeon XP is good but when you are playing a DPS class you can have waits up to 2hrs before you get a que...as a tank or healer (neither of which i am good at i will admit) que's are extreamly short. one of my buddies said he only waits about 15min tops and if you look at the Duty finder it is always tanks that get the bonus exp and company seals..not to mention, and it may be that i have just been unlucky, on average the most gear that drops in the lower dungeons that i have seen is tank gear

Being a 1.0 veteran, all of my classes/jobs are now maxed out. Aside from achievements, I don't have much use for leves anymore.

If SE won't give us some sort of system to utilize exp after hitting max level, then I'd at least like to see leves start offering tomestones or extra gil as a reward (like the beastment quests and treasure maps do) so I'd have more incentive to do them. I hear they're supposed to be removing the weekly mythology cap in 2.2 anyway.

I always find myself sitting on 85+ leves. Even when I leveled my BLM I didn't burn leves that quickly as escorts aren't really worth doing anymore.

I really hope the game gets more meaningful and longer quests from npcs that have more story and cutscenes.


Leves they can burn for all I care. They're just a dull grind anyway.
