Im up for any open world content as long as there will be no claim wars.

That is mainly why there won't be open world content. What is the point of Open World Content if anyone and their mom can be part of it, will profit from it? Then there is no challenge, no competition and that is not engaging at all.

Edit: To be more clear; the kind of open-world content you are looking for does allready exist in the form of Fates. It is exactly that like Behemoth or Odin.

Everyone and their mom can already be part of a lobby game where everyone is running around in the same gear, so much about competition.

Maybe because for the point of being fun? The game is already ripe and being continued with enough challenging competition type dungeon content. Scary notion I know but competition and challenge doesn't equal fun for everyone. Or for that matter all of a persons play time. Some of us do enjoy content that we can just jump in and have fun with and not be hardmode competition challenges. A little bit of variety mixed in with our hardmode competition challenges For Behemoth and Odin its really a far far cry to put only but two FATES that spawn every couple of days as engaging open world content when the world is empty for the rest of the days.
