    So, I'm sorry, but FF14 ARR wins on BOTH open world and instanced content, PvE-wise. GW2 wins on PvP (not surprising, as it's the main focus of the game), but PvP in GW2 is instanced anyway.

    What's paradoxical is that this game has the MOST types of PvE content I have ever seen. The sheer quantity is not so impressive yet, but give it some time, can't compare with games that have already several expansions under their belt!

    I like FFXIV more but had to correct some of what you wrote.
    Guild Missions, mini-games, mini-dungeons with daily treasure chests, music instruments, costume brawl. Hearts are incredibly varied. I love ARR but yeah -saying that it has more pve content than GW2 really doesn't make sense.

    That is mainly why there won't be open world content. What is the point of Open World Content if anyone and their mom can be part of it, will profit from it? Then there is no challenge, no competition and that is not engaging at all.

    Edit: To be more clear; the kind of open-world content you are looking for does allready exist in the form of Fates. It is exactly that like Behemoth or Odin.

    I don't assume anything,they may they may not. The dailies are ok I guess but generic the treasure maps are a good step in the right direction.

    If they would implement level sync outside of instances - then the open world would be more playable with grind parties and such.

    OMG yes please, more open world anything / content that doesn't revolve round dungeon grinds. SE had the right ideas with Beast Quests and Treasure Hunts and I'd deffo like to see more of this to keep the game fun.

    Please stop comparing this game to other ones and just tell your friends and fc members to come bump this thread til the forum mods get sick and either forward this to the dev for a reply or delete out of sheer cruelty.
