Step 1: Go to the Jewelery Bracelets and SORT them. This will put them from Highest IL to lowest. Next, check the top row to see if you're mistaken.

I was thinking it was a weapon because of how it looked in the photo by looting, its my firs time killing Ifrit EX so i didnt knew what sot of item is....but as you can see i dont have it !!!!!

Just this would not be a restoration of an Item mistakingly discarded. This would be solving a bug where a item that has dropped to someones inventory never showing up.

They did the same thing when purchasing an item with myth stones resulted in a different item appearing in your inventory, despite that being a bug. People were told they had to use their one time replacement, and those that pressed the issue further were accused of submitting fraudulent claims and temporarily banned.

Check your INVENTORY bags and not your chest just in case. I have my inventory set that any gear I get goes there instead of my armory chest, since I don't want every bit of random garbage to flood my nice neat armory chests of gear I actually use.

Thanks for finding that link of the one time recovered. But ya that pretty much one of the big issue SE have that seem to be not much of a big issue in other MMO. I never played wow enough to have a issue like that but looking it up they have a very nice webpage just for this issue. Best part is "May use the item restoration web form to restore items on one character once every 30 days." There some item that you just can't get back but overall it's better system then ffxiv. You get the item send to you by mail within a good amount of time it seem too.

While ffxiv a simple thing as roll back a account that got hacked could take weeks or months or never. It seem even under yoshi-p they can't learn from FFXIV 1.0 and FFXI mistake with this issue. So i hope SE would so something and soon about this issue and find a good and fast way to deal with it. Even tho i don't find it as such a big issue as i did with ffxi where it could take a very long long time to drop and you get it lol.

Yep I went for SMN myth boots and got SCH they told me it was my one time restoration if I did it.
