Where can i report this, in order to get help from SE ?

Today i cleared Ifrit EX and i pushed need on the weapon and won. But the item is not in my armory chest nor in my inventar

Where should i report this...am i the first one with such problem ?

Too bad Ifrit Extreme Mode doesn't drop a weapon.

Did you leave before the weapon fell? Your best bet is to use the in-game help desk and submit a ticket to speak to a GM. Slim chance you'll get anything but always worth a shot.

Ifrit EX does not drop a weapon. If you mean Ifrit Hard, then use the support ticket interface in game to open a support ticket. You can find it in the Support menu found in the Main Menu.

I posted a photo! I also just checked the entire armory chest for new items....and this item i dont have there also in my inventar. So even as you people say it does not drop a weapon...i didnt got such item !

Can you tell me for such problems where shall i report to SE ?

show us a screenshot of your armory bracelet section because a bracelette is not a weapon, its something you wear on your arms.

I'm very lost you said it drop a wep but it's really a bracelet and now you saying it's not there. Are you sure you looking at the bracelet slot in your armoury make sure you click on your bracelet you have warning in your char area and check inside that box to see if the item is there.

If it's not then don't worry about it and try and get it again. You only can get one item back and i don't think you want to waste it on that item. On a item that going to be how i put this somewhat useless in one month time when 2.0 release.

How about you take a picture inside your bracelet part of your Armour inventory. Because i think this have more to do with user error then you not getting it. That screenshot said you got it and you saying it's a wep when it's a bracelet and it would be in your bracelet armour slot.

where does it state you can only get ONE item back? that was so in ffxi .... 3 years ago?
