Do you think leves will stay as the only method for earning guild mark points or will they allow people to earn them in ground-centric content?

I dunno, he never said anything that would hint to an answer for that.

However, due to guildmark rewards being more targeted, (if you want BSM marks, go to Limsa, etc), they should, theoretically, be "easier" to get since it won't be so random anymore.

Levequests yielding guild marks will be limited to city-states hosting the corresponding guild only. In compensation, we will make it easier for players to amass the guild marks they desire.
