PS4 Quest Completion bugs

I'm on the PS4_Beta_7 server and Ireturn to the Arcanist guild after fulfilling the requirements of the lvl 5 quest "What's in the Box", I enter the dialogue with the guild leader, turn over the quest item, and when the dialogue comes up to complete the quest the complete option is greyed out and unclickable. I've tried logging out and back in mjultiple times with no changes to quest bug.

The quest has optional rewards. Select which reward you want on the quest completion window and the Complete button will then be selectable.

Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
